How eBusiness Spaces, Inc. collects, uses and protects your information. Updated: 10/08/2025 .

1. Introduction

eBusiness Spaces, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an analytics platform that helps customers record and analyze event data. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, organization, and billing details (billing is processed by third-party providers).
  • Event data: the data you send to our API (timestamps, event names, numeric properties, metadata). We do not require you to send personal identifiers — but if you choose to include them in events, they will be processed as part of your data.
  • Usage & diagnostics: IP, user agent, API request logs and performance metrics to secure and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use data to provide and improve the service, secure access, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important updates. Specifically:

  • Store and aggregate event data to provide analytics and charts.
  • Authenticate and authorize API access (API keys & project tokens).
  • Monitor service performance and detect abuse or fraud.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your event data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by our storage providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only and we follow industry best practices to protect customer data.

5. Data Retention

We retain event and account data according to the plan and retention settings on your account. When data is deleted (by request or after retention expiry), we permanently remove it from our primary storage and backups according to our deletion policy.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may disclose data to:

  • Third-party service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud host, payment processors).
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, or to protect our rights and customers.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights or for data export, contact us at privacy@fastchart.dev.

8. International Transfers

We operate internationally; your data may be stored and processed in countries different from your residence. When transferring data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by law.

9. Cookies & Tracking

Our website and dashboard may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will post the updated policy on our site with a new "Last updated" date.
